Loan Application Checklist

In order to expedite your application approval process, please provide us with photocopies of the following documents when submitting your application:

• Completed and signed application with the amount that you are requesting.
• Servicing Disclosure Statement (Fixed Rate Product Only).
• Copy of latest paid tax bill.
• Copy of Deed to property.
• Copy of latest mortgage bill showing payment and present balance.
• Copy of homeowners insurance.
• Copy of most recent pay stub and W2's for two (2) previous years.
• If self-employed or you have rental properties, we need complete tax returns for the previous two (2) years and a year-to-date profit and loss statement.
• Copy of leases or rental agreements for any rental property.
• Proof of any other income from any other source that you wish to be considered as part of your income, e.g., divorce decree, social security letter, retirement account, etc.
• Copies of the latest credit card statements or loan statements/booklets for all your accounts with balances if loan purpose includes debt consolidation.
